  • Tell Us About Your Estate

    Call or text us with a little about what's going on, where the property is, and your general timeline. A few wide room photos are helpful too.

  • Talk about Timing

    We’ll ask when you’ll be finished removing what you’re keeping and when the property needs to be cleared. We work with a limited number of estates at a time.

  • Schedule a Walkthrough

    If the estate and timing look like a possible fit, we'll schedule a walkthrough as we get closer to an opening in our schedule.

  • If We Work Together

    Once you're finished removing what you're keeping, we handle the sorting, staging, pricing, advertising and running of the sale.
