How In-Person Sales Work
Our in-person estate sales are held at homes throughout Gainesville and North Central Florida. Every sale is different—and that’s part of what keeps people coming back.
We focus on creating sales that are organized, fair, and easy to shop.
1. Find the current sale
We post our sales on EstateSales.net and share updates through our text alerts.
If you want first notice (and the best shot at the good stuff), join our text alerts.
2. Show up and shop
Estate sales take place inside the home. You’ll walk through and shop the contents of a real household—furniture, art, everyday items, collections, and sometimes unexpected finds.
3. Entry may be managed
For busier sales, we may use a digital line or manage entry to keep things safe and comfortable inside the home.
We keep things moving as efficiently as possible.
4. Pricing
We price items based on the contents of each home, with the goal of keeping things fair, realistic, and worth showing up for.
Discounts, if offered, are announced during the sale.
5. Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
No extra fees for using a card.
What you see is what you pay.
6. What to expect
- Please be respectful of the home and other shoppers
- All sales are final
- Items are sold as-is, where-is
- Bring help for large or heavy items
