How Our Auctions Work

Our online auctions make it easy to bid from anywhere and pick up locally in North Central Florida.

Whether you’re new or a regular bidder, here’s how it works:

1. Create an account

You’ll need a free account to register and place bids.

2. Browse the lots

Each lot includes photos, a description, the pickup city, and the scheduled pickup window so you can plan ahead before bidding.

3. Place your bids

Bids typically start at $5 and increase in $5 increments.

You can place individual bids or enter a maximum bid. The system will automatically bid for you in $5 increments to keep you in the lead, up to your max.

4. Fair bidding (soft close)

If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, that lot extends by 2 minutes. This prevents last-second sniping and keeps bidding fair.

5. If you win

You’ll receive a payment link by email after the auction ends.

Payment is required to secure your items.

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive pickup details and instructions.

6. Secure checkout

We use a secure online checkout process for auction payments.

We do not collect, store, or manually run your card information.

7. No buyer’s premium

No buyer’s premium. What you bid is what you pay, plus applicable sales tax unless you have a valid resale certificate on file and approved.

8. Local pickup only

All auctions are local pickup only — no shipping.

The pickup city is shown in advance. The full address is provided after payment is completed.

9. Pickup basics

  • Pick up during the scheduled time window
  • Bring help for large or heavy items
  • Bring packing materials
  • Take everything in your lot
  • Staff may not be available to assist with loading

All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please review photos and descriptions carefully.

All bids are binding.
